Car Rider Signs

Every car must have a sign with the childrens' names on it.
In the afternoon car rider line, please have your sign visible in your car.  This will ensure the children's safety and make everything flow smoothly.



ARSONIA
Erwin is now a member of artsonia.com.  Artsonia is an online gallery where your child can see his or her artwork published!  Once you have created your account, family and friends will be able to download your child’s art.  However, permission slips are needed to add your child to the site.  Please fill out the Artsonia forms and return them to Mrs. Nipe.   Artsonia is also a wonderful fundraiser for Erwin.  Erwin will receive 15% of all sales from the site.  Please remember that this is a safe website, and your child’s privacy will be upheld.  If you have any questions please contact Amy Nipe during school hours.

School Reminders

School Schedule
 
*School begins at 7:25 AM.  Late bell rings at 7:30 AM.
*If a student wishes to eat breakfast, he/she needs to be here before 7:20 AM.
*School ends at 2:00 PM. 
 
Car Riders
 
*Morning:  Car Riders may begin unloading at 7:00 AM, when  the safety patrols open the car door.  Please remember to use only the car rider loop from 7:00 AM - 7:25 AM. Do not use the bus rider loop...this is just for the buses.
 
*Afternoon:  Please, for the safety of our students, do not pull into the car rider loop until 1:50 PM, after the children finish with recess.  At 2:00 PM, the car riders will be called via walkie-talkie and will meet you at your car.  You do not need to exit the car.  Car Riders must be picked up by 2:20 PM.
 
 
LATE!
If a student arrives after 7:30 AM, a parent has to come into the building and sign the child in.

Palmetto Gold and Silver Award

We are so pleased to announce that we have received the Palmetto Silver Award for the third year in a row.  Because of our improvements on the SC PACT test in 2006-2007, 2005-2006, and 2004-2005, Erwin was recognized by the state and awarded the Palmetto Gold and Silver Award!  Congratulations students!!!
